I am a people-oriented real estate agent who helps home buyers and sellers in Edmonton, Alberta and the surrounding area. I’m also an information technologist as well as having spent 16 years in the hospitality industry and over 10 years as a competitive ski racer. A Passion for Real Estate:

I graduated from Grant MacEwan University, from the Information Technology and Systems Management program. After graduating, I pursued a career in IT and eventually became an IT manager, then a laboratory manager. Although it was a fulfilling career working in the IT field, I felt a calling to change my career to work in real estate. I have always loved looking at houses. So I learned the business, passed the licensing exam, and embarked on a new career. Today, I am a licensed agent serving both buyers and sellers in Edmonton, Alberta area.

For Buyers:

Local Market Knowledge I was born and raised in the Edmonton area, specifically in the neighborhoods of Laurier Heights and Westridge/Wolfwillow. Growing up I spent time all over the city of Edmonton (where I still reside), I know the area well. This benefits you in several ways, as a home buyer. With an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, I can help you find a home and community that meet your needs. Sure, it’s important to find the right house. But the community around the house is equally important. I’ll help you find the right match!

For Sellers:

Marketing and promotional expertise real estate and marketing go hand in hand. What is required to sell a home quickly? You need to present the property to a specific audience and highlight its best features. Before embracing real estate as a career, I worked in the IT and hospitality industries for years where getting the right exposure to attract customers was and is still a very important skill that I learned. This experience serves me well as a real estate agent. More importantly, it will serve you well, if you decide to work with me in the sale of your home.

A People-First Approach to Business:

Some agents view real estate from an asset perspective, focusing solely on “bricks and mortar,” dollars and cents. I have a different view. I see real estate as a people business, first and foremost. It’s more than just dollars and cents. It’s about people, and their hopes and dreams. Finding the right fit for the right people and managing any complications that may arise my motto is “I don’t have clients, I have friends”.
